DE-At Large: This district is represented right now by John Carney. He won the seat in 2010 after being the State's Lieutenant Governor under Governor Ruth Ann Miller. He is in no danger of not winning reelection by more than 20%.
DE-Gov: Governor Jack Marckell is term limited and will leave an open race. This state seems incredibly safe to stay blue. The only Democrat declared at this point is former Delaware Attorney General and son of the Vice President, Beau Biden. While he has had a couple heath issues in the past (including a mild stroke in 2010), that doesn't seem to be much of a problem for him at this point.
President: Delaware is one of only a few states that we have no polling yet for 2016. That being said, it will likely be in the neighborhood of Clinton winning by between 18%-25%.
